Benjamin is a litigation attorney that joined our Pensacola office and works with our Personal Injury Law Group. As a Pensacola native, Benjamin received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of West Florida and his Juris Doctorate from the Florida Coastal School of Law. His practices areas include Personal Injury, First Party Property (Hurricane) Claims, Civil Litigation, and Bad Faith Litigation.

Prior to joining Emmanuel, Sheppard, & Condon, Benjamin spent the early part of his career serving as defense counsel for Fortune 500 insurance companies and corporate clients.
