Brandon Lacy has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" in the field of personal injury law in the Mid-South United States, a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has been selected as one of the Top Attorneys in the Mid-South. With offices in Jonesboro and Fayetteville, Arkansas, he represents clients throughout the State of Arkansas, as well as in Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, and various other states. Having begun his career as a defense attorney, Mr. Lacy is well aware of the tactics employed by large corporations and insurance companies to game the system, unfairly deny legitimate claims, and prevent victims from the access to justice that they deserve. He has litigated and tried million dollar cases as well as minor disputes. He has tried cases in numerous counties throughout the State of Arkansas, and has litigated cases in nearly every county in the State.
Mr. Lacy is licensed to practice in Arkansas, the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the 6th and 8th Circuits. He received a J.D. with honors from the William H. Bowen School of Law, University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2003, where he was Survey and Comments Editor on the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is the author of "Employment Discrimination Survey," 25 U. Ark. Law Review No. 4, 2003. He is currently a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Craighead County Bar Association.
