Whether working on behalf of one person, thousands of clients in national complex litigation, or the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Brian is honored to seek justice for his clients every day. Brian?s experiences include working on cases resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts for individuals, resolving class actions for hundreds of millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of families, obtaining the largest consumer protection settlement on behalf of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and numerous successful resolutions of car wrecks, nursing home negligence, contract disputes, product liabilities, qui tam lawsuits and many others. Regardless of how someone is harmed, Brian works tirelessly to see that justice is obtained.
After a brief career as an engineer, Brian began practicing law in 2007 and joined Hare Wynn in 2011. Brian graduated from Auburn University summa cum laude with a degree in civil engineering and from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2007. Prior to entering private practice, Brian served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William H. Pryor Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Brian turned down offers to work at some of the largest defense firms in the country in New York and San Francisco. Now, instead of defending powerful corporations, Brian represents individuals who have been harmed by those corporations.
Currently, Brian is admitted to the Kentucky and Alabama bar. When he is not at work or traveling for work, he is at home helping with his four children.
