Bronwyn Werner - National Trial Lawyers Bio

Bronwyn Werner has extensive experience in criminal cases, originally as a prosecutor in Jackson County, Missouri, and then as a criminal defense attorney in private practice. She is the recipient of numerous awards for her work in the courtroom as well as her work in the communities she serves. As a prosecutor, she taught numerous seminars and classes to prosecutors around the country for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Missouri Office of Prosecution Services in a number of areas including trial skills, cross examination of experts, and accident reconstruction. She received her bachelor’s degree in 1988 in Administration of Justice with honors at the University of Missouri Kansas City, where she also received her juris doctor in 1991 with honors. She has been a member of the Missouri Bar since 1991 and is a member of the U.S. District Court of Western Missouri.
