Calle Mendenhall is a trial attorney specializing in mass tort drug and device litigation. She has a national practice and is currently licensed in the state of Alabama and in all federal district courts within the state. Ms. Mendenhall has been a member of over five jury trials, since obtaining her license in 2012, with total verdicts in excess of $90 million. Ms. Mendenhall has been selected as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers since 2014.
While in law school, Ms. Mendenhall worked at a defense litigation firm and a public defender's office where she quickly gained her trial experience. She subsequently joined Freese & Goss during her second year of law year. Ms. Mendenhall earned J.D. from Cumberland School of Law where she was an active member of the school's trial advocacy program, consistently ranked in the Top 10 Trial Advocacy Programs in the nation. She was a finalist in the Haley Trial Competition and also a member of Cumberland's National Negotiation Team.
