Charles D. Johnson has been a member of the Gary C. Johnson team since 2013. Charles graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010 with a B.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2013 where he was an officer and active member of the Appalachian Law Caucus.

Charles specializes in Plaintiff personal injury cases in the fields of vehicular negligence, products liability, and medical malpractice. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Kentucky Justice Association, and Pike County Bar Association. Additionally, Charles has been named a Top 40 Under 40 member in Civil Litigation.

Charles is the son of Gary C. Johnson and Anita Parsons Johnson, and he is very excited about being able to continue his parents’ tradition of providing excellent legal service to the people of eastern Kentucky, southeastern Kentucky, and central Kentucky. Charles is married to Brittany Deskins Johnson, and they live in Lexington, Kentucky.
