Charles was also born and raised in Aiken and went to Aiken High School. After graduating fromm the University of South Carolina, he entered the South Carolina School of Law. He was a member of the Moot Court Bar, the Order of Barristers, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. He graduated with honors and was admitted into the Order of the Wig and Robe. The Order of the Wig and Robe is limited to the top 15% of a law school class.

After law school, he went to practice with the 16th Circuit Public Defender’s Office in York, South Carolina. While in York County, he handled hundreds of criminal cases ranging from most serious felonies to traffic tickets.

After over 3 years with the 16th Circuit Public Defender’s Office, Charles moved back home and began working with the 2nd Circuit Public Defender’s Office. After Ms. Irene Rudnick passed away, he entered practice with Morris at Rudnick and Rudnick.

At Rudnick and Rudnick, Charles focuses on probate matters, real estate, and related litigation, including will contests. He has valuable experience in each facet of real estate closings. He’s learned the ins and outs of real estate and property law from one of the best in the business, his father, Morris Rudnick.

In additional to real estate, Charles drafts wills, trusts, and other probate documents. He represents clients in probate hearings and will contests.
