Coleman Younger is an attorney practicing personal injury law from Patterson Legal Group’s Garden City office.
Coleman was born and raised in Frankfort, Kansas, and spent most days on the family farm. He goes home every chance he gets to help his family with their crops and quail operation. Coleman earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kansas State University. While at K-State, he was the captain and goalie for the Inline Hockey Club, president of the Sports Club Council, member of Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society, and a board member for the Union Program Council.
Coleman attended law school at Washburn University and was vice president for the Washburn Agricultural Law Society. While there, he interned for former Kansas Secretary of Agriculture Allie Devine at Devine & Donley, LLC. He wrote and edited a number of articles on various legal topics, some of which have been used in agricultural law textbooks across the country.
Prior to joining Patterson Legal Group, Coleman worked at Brollier from 2015-2016, Wolf & Kuharic in Hugoton, Kansas, where he focused on general practice law including agricultural law, criminal defense, and domestic litigation. In 2017, Coleman joined Galloway, Wiegers & Brinegar P.A. in Marysville, Kansas, where he expanded into personal injury, estate planning, and municipal law. He holds licenses in Kansas, Wyoming, and Nebraska and has conducted trials in all three states, including in over 20 Kansas counties.
Coleman enjoys time with his family, UTV rides, attending concerts, playing hockey, the gym, and his beloved pocket beagle, Maria.
