Courtney M. Williams is a member at Williams Newman Williams, as well as Co-Chair of the Williams Newman Williams Nursing Home Group. Courtney devotes all of her time to representing injured individuals, with her primary focus in representing victims of nursing home abuse and neglect.
Courtney had extensive involvement in the defense of many nursing home cases, and this involvement serves her well today, providing an insightful perspective into the litigation process facing her clients. Courtney utilizes her prior experience representing healthcare companies, nursing homes, and large insurance companies for the benefit of her personal injury clients. Although she is now 100-percent devoted to serving victims of elder abuse and other severely injured individuals, Courtney has been on the other side of the fence, and she knows what it takes to obtain the best possible results for victims of nursing home abuse and neglect. Courtney is licensed to practice in Mississippi and California, and she represents clients throughout the country. Courtney has helped her clients recover millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts.
