DANA CASSELLI SIMON is an associate with Simon Greenstone Panatier Bartlett, PC. She received her B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1997 and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2001. While in law school, Ms. Simon served as vice-president of the SMU Texas Trial Lawyers Association Student Chapter, a chief counsel for the SMU Civil Clinic, as well as casenote editor for the Computer Law Review & Technology Journal. A member of the Board of Advocates, Ms. Simon participated in moot court/mock trial competitions such as the Carmody Mock Trial Competition. Additionally, Ms. Simon received recognition for her academic achievement during law school by making the Dean's List.
Ms. Simon is licensed to practice law in Texas (2001) and represents clients in cases in wrongful death, catastrophic injury and products liability cases. In addition to working on cases where clients sufferasbestos-related injuries, Ms. Simon has devoted much of her practice to pharmaceutical litigation, including spearheading efforts to assist children injured by thimerosal-containing vaccines.
