Daniel is a local attorney who deals in a wide variety of legal cases. He has handled cases in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Business Law, and Traffic Court. He has handled cases in numerous counties throughout the State including: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Walton, Okaloosa, Holmes, Orange, Brevard, Miami-Dade, Duval, and Leon.

Born in Pensacola in 1985, Daniel has been proud to call the Panhandle his home ever since. A graduate of Pensacola High School's International Baccalaureate Program, he spent much of his free time playing sports and lettered in Soccer, Football, and Track. Upon graduating high school, Daniel enrolled at the University of West Florida and earned a degree in Legal Studies in 2009. While at the University of West Florida, he made the Dean's List an incredible seven times and was inducted into the school's Intramural Hall of Fame for his outstanding leadership, service, and athletic accomplishments.

Mr. Sanders graduated from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in the Spring of 2012. During law school Mr. Sanders was part of the National Negotiation Team as well as the winner of numerous Negotiation Competitions. He also worked an Internship during his second year with attorney David R. Thomas in Defuniak Springs, Florida. During his third year in law school, Mr. Sanders worked with Alabama Legal Services, helping to represent elderly, underserved, and indigent clients.

Daniel worked as an "Of Counsel" doing BP Oilspill work with the nationally recognized Nations Firm and Rueb & Motta. Following his work on BP cases, Daniel then worked for three years handling personal injury cases at Zarzaur Law, PA, working with the well-respected Joe Zarzaur.

Daniel continues to live in the area, residing in Downtown Pensacola, and can often be seen at Lions Park playing in the kickball leagues there. He can also be seen enjoying a Wahoo's baseball game or one of the other festive activities that Downtown Pensacola provides.
