Daniel primary practices as a Criminal Defense Trial Attorney.

However, Daniel previously litigated violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, including a class action suit against Nassau and Suffolk County New York Public Transit Systems.

Additionally, Daniel represented children not receiving a free and appropriate education from local school districts.

Daniel received a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University in Criminal Justice and Corrections Systems.

A law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and Studied Criminal Justice, Criminal Procedure, and International Law at Oxford University, United Kingdom’s Law Program.

Daniel was the Criminal Law Clerk to the Honorable Kathy Qasim, J.S.C. at Superior Court of New Jersey for the 2016-2017 term.
