Dani is the newest member of Brandt Criminal Defense and has experience on both sides of criminal law. She worked for two years as a law clerk with the Tenth Judicial District Public Defender’s Office and represented clients through every stage of the criminal justice system. She also worked as a law clerk in the office of Giancola & Durkin and conducted extensive research on various areas of criminal law. Most recently, she worked as a law clerk in the Anoka County Attorney’s office and assisted in prosecuting cases through the criminal justice system. Throughout these experiences, Dani has handled hundreds of cases and co-chaired two felony jury trials. She has helped to negotiate pleas and has argued and won favorable dispositions at the district court level.
Outside of Brandt Criminal Defense, Dani is a firefighter with the Andover Fire Department and truly believes in helping individuals in need. This naturally expands to the criminal defense realm, and she will always strive to meet the needs of her clients.
