David A. Herman is a member of the litigation team at Nurenberg, Paris, Heller & McCarthy. His practice involves all aspects of personal injury litigation, including negligent driving, medical mistakes, hazardous property conditions, aviation accidents, nursing home neglect, animal attacks, and defective products. David is currently managing the firm's automobile claims department. David joined the firm in 2005. He began working in the appellate, research and writing department while attending law school at Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. During law school, David was a member of the Cleveland-Marshall Mock Trial Team. In his first two years as an attorney advocate, he earned an undefeated trial record against national competition and won two tournaments. He also co-authored an article titled "Hot Topics: Current Trends in Litigating Police Brutality Cases" that was published by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America in its Civil Rights Section magazine. David is also an adjunct professor at Kent State University, where he teaches paralegal courses to undergraduate and graduate students.
