Brooks grew up in Chesterfield County and attended Midlothian High School. He attended the University of Tennessee and went to law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, graduating Cum Laude. Brooks serves on several committees for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice. He has handled litigation involving multi-million dollar cases, and he is often requested by other attorneys to assist on significant personal injury matters. He has been interviewed by the Richmond Times-Dispatch and other news outlets about the results of his cases. He regularly handles cases in the Circuit Courts and Federal Courts throughout the Commonwealth. Additionally, he has assisted on civil litigation matters with the Legal Aid Justice Center in Richmond. A significant amount of Brooks' work outside the firm involves voluntary service to the community. He is admitted to practice law in all of the state and federal courts in Virginia. Additionally, he has been involved in litigation in other states through the association of attorneys in those states. Brooks Hundley focuses his practice exclusively in personal injury matters and other related civil litigation. He has handled matters involving automobile accidents, product liability, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, slip and fall, brain injury, landlord/tenant actions, breach of contract, and other significant civil litigation matters.
