Principal Attorney
After gaining legal experience through his work as head law clerk for the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office, judicial law clerk for the Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and moot court participant and coach, Mr. Wilson began a new journey by starting his own practice—Wilson Law Office—in 2004.

Since then, the experience of Wilson Law Office grew to include representing clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal matters, divorce, child support, child custody, juvenile protection, auto accidents, slip and falls, premise liability, employment discrimination, fraud, business contract disputes, foreclosure and eviction matters, conciliation court matters, and immigration matters. To this day, Wilson Law Office brings the weight of that experience into accompanying each client on their own unique legal journey.

Background
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mr. DeAundres Wilson graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Communications. His involvement in the Navy ROTC, student government, and community service during school encouraged his desire to study law and become an attorney in service of those that find themselves in need of an advocate along their legal journey.

After his first year of Law School at Hamline University in 1998, Mr. Wilson began his legal career as an unpaid volunteer for a solo practitioner before starting his second position working for the Hennepin County Public Defender’s office as a law clerk. DeAundres’ other experiences include serving as head law clerk for the Hennepin County Public Defender’s Office, judicial law clerk for the Chief Judge of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and moot court participant and coach. In addition to presenting at numerous legal educational seminars for lawyers and judges and maintaining his private practice, Mr. Wilson teaches as a professor of law at St. Paul College. His hobbies include scuba diving, yoga, traveling, and woodworking.
