I have a well-deserved reputation of excellence in providing smart, sensible, and cost-effective legal solutions for my clients as well as providing customer service which is second to none. Further, expertise is not the only thing required for effective representation. Relationships within the Judicial System are sometimes the most important, and I promise to work diligently and use my many years of experience and relationships within the Judicial System to get the best possible plea agreements for my clients. Of course, if a trial or hearing is warranted, I promise to aggressively defend your interests as if they were my own.
I serve a wide range of clientele with a wide range of legal issues including DUI, Domestic Violence, Theft, Possession of Drugs, and Traffic cases as well as Probation Violations and Expungements. Every client relationship is valued greatly and treated with dignity and respect. Each engagement benefits from the depth and breadth of my expertise, experience and relationships within the Judicial System.
In addition to my many years of legal experience, I, also, possess an exceptional educational background. I graduated from the University of San Diego with a BA in Political Science with a double minor in Sociology and International Relations. While I was there, I was accepted into Phi Delta Phi as a lifetime member, which is a Legal Honors Fraternity. Further, I received my Juris Doctorate of Law from the University of Tulsa in 1998. I have been practicing law in Wichita, Kansas since that time, and have solely concentrated my practice to criminal and traffic matters. Specifically focusing on DUI, Domestic Violence, Theft, Possession of Drugs and Traffic cases as well as Probation Violations and Expungements.
