Dennis VanDerGinst is the President/CEO of VanDerGinst Law. He supervises all injury cases within the firm. His primary practice focus is on all areas of personal injury litigation, including but not limited to nursing home negligence and abuse cases.    Mr. VanDerGinst received his law degree from DePaul University in 1989. He is licensed to practice law in Iowa, Illinois, and the Federal Courts. During his career, he has represented clients in almost every state in the country. His firm has represented tens of thousands of injury victims and he has personally been involved in thousands of litigated cases.    In addition to being selected as one of the “Top 100 Trial Lawyers†by the National Trial Lawyers, Mr. VanDerGinst has also been selected as a “Top10†Nursing Home Trial Lawyer. He also been a prolific writer, contributing articles and white papers to numerous publications, websites, and professional journals.    He has been very active in several county, state, and national bar associations, and trial lawyer associations. He has served on the Board of Managers for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and on the Board of Governors for the Iowa Association for Justice. He is believed to be the only person to have served in that capacity for both states. He has also been a State Delegate to the American Association for Justice for both, Illinois, and Iowa as well.    Mr. VanDerGinst serves on the National Advisory Board for the Association of Plaintiff Trucking Lawyers of America.
