Before coming to Geragos & Geragos, Dev Das spent the better part of a decade advocating for working people as a union and political organizer. After graduating from Occidental College, he worked as a hotel boycott coordinator for UNITE HERE Local 11. He then served on the Barack Obama Campaign for Change as a field organizer in the swing precincts of Canton, Michigan. He then joined SEIU-USWW, where he organized ramp and cargo workers for new union recognition at Los Angeles International Airport.
His passion for advocacy led him to study law at Loyola Law School. While at Loyola, he clerked for unions and the labor side law firm, Bush Gottlieb. After graduating from Loyola, he joined Geragos & Geragos as a clerk before becoming an associate. He now channels his dynamic skill-set as an organizer, advocate and negotiator to fight for his clients as an attorney. As a member of Geragos & Geragos' trial department he specializes in criminal defense, labor and employment matters, civil rights, and class actions.
