Mr. Braus attended Texas A&M University as an undergraduate and received a Bachelor of Science in agricultural business in 2003. After working for an area bank, he decided to pursue a legal career and enrolled at Baylor Law School. While studying abroad at Paris-Sorbonne University, Mr. Braus interned obtained several sizable settlements and jury verdicts on behalf of his plaintiff clients, including a $500,000 settlement in a toxic exposure case. He has been with The Carlson Law Firm since March 2013 and since that time he has obtained significant trial experience. Admitted to practice in Texas, Mr. Braus is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.
