Dustin is a trial attorney at the firm with a focus on medical malpractice and personal injury matters. Dustin has quickly become known as a top Plaintiffs attorney as he was selected by The National Trial Lawyers to be in the Top 40 under 40 in Maryland.
Dustin has tried over 50 cases to verdict/judgment as solo lead counsel, and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Dustin has been bred to be a trial attorney as he started his journey back in high school working in the field. He has worked alongside Mr. Bedigian on a number of record malpractice verdicts, including a $55 million verdict and $21 million verdict. He brings his passion and instinctive approach to litigation in each one of his client's cases. Dustin handles cases from the early investigation all the way through to trial. If he is not in the courtroom, he is tirelessly litigating his cases in order to get his client's top dollar settlements.
Dustin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law at just 23 years old, the youngest in his class. While in law school Dustin had many great achievements; he was the lead attorney on the acclaimed National Trial Team, he was selected to the American College of Trial Lawyers' Advanced Trial Skills Master Program, and he was inducted into the Royal Shannonhouse Honors Society.
Dustin was invited to and lectured at both the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Georgetown University School of Medicine on medical-legal topics. In his spare time, he is a mentor to Maryland high school students as a Judge for the Maryland State Bar Association Mock Trial Competition. Dustin is a member of both the Maryland Association for Justice and American Association for Justice.
Dustin is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and District of Columbia. He is also a certified mediator.
