or over 20 years, Edward has successfully represented people in Washington and across America who are severely injured by careless drivers, unsafe products, maritime vessels, and unscrupulous commercial landowners.   Edward is one of five attorneys who is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.  He is also recognized by his peers as having the “highest possible rating in both legal ability & ethical standards” and named a Top 100 attorney in Washington State by numerous trial lawyers organizations.

He has tried dozens of cases in  Washington and other states.  He is both accomplished in the courtroom as he is at the negotiating table. Although he represents people who have all types of injuries, his practice has a particular emphasis representing people with traumatic brain injury because one his own family member was a victim.   He has successfully resolving through trials, arbitrations, and negotiation hundreds of traumatic brain injury cases.

He has been selected by his peers in the legal community to serve as a neutral arbitrator on over 100 occasions now.  He has also mediated disputes for attorneys.    He is a frequent speaker at legal seminars instructing lawyers on the latest trial techniques and law.
