Elizabeth V. Bogle represents individuals who have been injured while working at his or her place of employment. She has extensive experience in workers’ compensation litigation and has tried an abundance of cases successfully at all levels, up to, and including the Florida Supreme Court. Her persistence has resulted in groundbreaking changes to workers’ compensation law which gained country-wide attention and is now studied by workers’ compensation legal professionals throughout the State of Florida. In addition to being well-versed in workers’ compensation law, she understands the personal impact an on-the-job injury can cause for injured workers and their families. She seeks to promote justice and ensure that injured workers receive the benefits to which they are entitled.
After being introduced to workers’ compensation law by serving as a clerk at the First District Court of Appeal, Ms. Bogle first privately practiced on behalf of insurance carriers and employers prior to shifting her practice to representing injured workers. Ms. Bogle also serves as a Guardian ad Litem and provides pro bono service for clients in need of free legal representation in various areas of the law.
Ms. Bogle grew up in Georgia, and attended Georgia College & State University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, graduating cum laude. She then decided to relocate to Florida and obtained a Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law. She has lived in the Pensacola area for over ten years and proudly serves clients in Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties.
