Additionally, she was co-lead negotiator to secure $1.25 billion for FenPhen victims. Outside the courtroom, Presby serves as Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law and teaches Product Liability Law. She is frequently asked to speak on a variety of legal topics, including mass tort litigation. Committed to her profession and to the pursuit of justice, Presby is a board member of the Public Justice Foundation and the National American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
