Erika Hubbs is a criminal defense and immigration attorney in Miami, FL.  She has been practicing law after graduating from the Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL in 2008.  Since that time, Erika has worked at the State Attorney’s Office, Marshall Dennehey, the Strems Law Firm, and Ronquillo Law, where she focused primarily on handling immigration cases.  As a former prosecutor and owner of two immigration law firms, Ronquillo Law and Hubbs Law, Erika has substantial experience in both criminal defense and immigration law.

Erika is fluent in both Spanish and English.  She is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in any Federal Immigration Court in the United States.  During her time in private practice, Erika has defended clients in removal proceedings, represented family members who want to file family based petitions for green cards for a loved one, and represented legal permanent residents who want to apply for citizenship.  She has also defended clients charged with criminal offenses ranging from minor traffic offenses to serious felony crimes.
