Clarence Darrow once said that the "only real lawyers are trial lawyers and trial lawyers try cases to juries." Glenn's life experiences have prepared him well for life as a trial lawyer.

Growing up between Puerto Rico and the U.S. exposed Glenn to two languages and two cultures, shaping not only his world view but also his desire to serve the Puerto Rican and Latino communities of Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey and beyond. Like his father and grandfather, Glenn served in the Marine Corps as a field radio operator. After his service, Glenn studied biochemistry at Drexel University. Never one to be confined to a lab, he did field research on the health effects harsh pesticides had on the maintenance crews at golf courses.

Before law school, Glenn worked as a chemistry teacher in the School District of Philadelphia where he developed his skills as a presenter and educator. After law school at Rutgers in Camden, New Jersey, Glenn worked as a patent lawyer, helping chemists at two pharmaceutical companies protect their inventions. While he enjoyed working with scientists, Glenn missed the direct contact he had with his students. This led to a change in career paths as Glenn combined his varied interests into one larger goal: becoming a trial lawyer. Glenn got his chance when he was accepted to Temple University's Trial Advocacy Program.

A big part of Glenn's job as a lawyer is still teaching ? whether he is speaking to a judge, a jury, or his client. Glenn approaches his cases, especially those involving chemical exposure or complex issues of medicine and science, like healthcare errors, like he once approached laboratory experiments - with attention to detail, patience and perseverance, and an evidence-driven approach. At Freiwald Law, Glenn has found the right balance as he gets to work with doctors and chemists but also maintains close relationships with his clients as he guides them through the justice system.
