Mr. Wittner is a 1994 cum laude graduate of the St. Louis University School of Law. Mr. Wittner is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois and is further licensed to practice law before various United States district and circuit Courts throughout the Country. Backed by more than 28 years of legal experience, Mr. Wittner specializes in state and federal criminal defense, including corporate governance and compliance.

Mr. Wittner maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which remains the profession's most coveted and recognized distinction for legal and ethical excellence. He is also a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorneys (Missouri), which is an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state or region who meet stringent qualifications as a criminal trial lawyer. Additionally, in 2004, Mr. Wittner was selected by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as one of ten Up and Coming Lawyers.

When not practicing law, Mr. Wittner enjoys spending time with his wife Jen and their three children, Noah, Jack, and Ava. In addition to spending time with family, Mr. Wittner enjoys engaging in various fitness activities and road cycling.
