Hamilton G. Rucker, was born and raised in Houston, Texas and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and subsequently graduated from Texas Southern Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Prior to founding Maiden Systems, Hamilton practiced commercial and construction litigation throughout Texas. His clients ranged from the City of Houston and the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) to regional construction firms. In 2015, the firm Hamilton founded along with his co-counsel settled a $23-million-dollar case against British Petroleum.
He enjoys traveling to South America where he gets a chance to practice both his Spanish and Portuguese. In addition to traveling, Hamilton is an avid cyclist and enjoys racing.
