Harold L. Wallin is a graduate of the University of Chicago and the Washington University School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1994 and is also admitted to the the Trial Bar of the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Wallin has significant trial experience, in both criminal and civil matters. In addition, he regularly represents revoked drivers at license reinstatement hearings at the Illinois Secretary of State. Mr. Wallin represents clients in Cook, DuPage, Kane and Lake Counties.
In 2021, Mr. Wallin was appointed for a term as a Commissioner of the Lake County (IL) Ethics Commission. He is also the Chair of the Hearing Division and Vice-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Committee. Mr. Wallin serves as an arbitrator in the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration program. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Lawyer & Substance Abuse Counselor Association and the Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
