Attorney J. Scott Siscoe has focused his practice in the area of Criminal Defense, DWI/DUI, and Personal Injury. The firm also handles family law and other civil litigation matters.
Mr. Siscoe grew up in the Houston area and obtained his undergraduate degree at The University of Houston. Before entering private practice, Scott worked for over 25 years in the criminal justice system as either a Houston Police Officer or a Harris County Assistant District Attorney. As a young Houston Police Officer, Scott worked nights in one of the most dangerous areas in the country. During this time, he worked his way through law school at the University of Houston Law Center. He was licensed to practice law in 1993. Scott served in numerous other capacities in the Houston Police Department including Patrol Supervisor, Tactical Commander, Legislative Representative, Supervising Attorney over IAD, and legal advisor to the Chief of Police and Command Staff. Mr. Siscoe also worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Harris County District Attorney's Office. While there, he worked exclusively in the Trial Bureau. He was a Misdemeanor Prosecutor, a Felony Prosecutor and a Chief Misdemeanor Prosecutor. He represented the State of Texas in everything from minor thefts and assaults to DWI's, robbery, arson, sexual assault and attempted murder.
