J. Tucker Merrigan is a partner at Sweeney Merrigan Law, LLP. Attorney Merrigan is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Merrigan is currently a member of the American Association for Justice, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Boston Bar Association, and Massachusetts Bar Association. In both 2015 and 2016, J. Tucker Merrigan was named a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Attorney by National Trial Lawyers. Tucker graduated from New England School of Law, and earned his bachelors degree in Political Science at Tufts University. As a law student, Tucker served on the board of the Student Bar Association and graduated with Dean's Honors. While an undergraduate student, Tucker was captain of the Varsity Men's lacrosse team at Tufts, earning All-American and Scholar All-America honors. He volunteers as a Big-Brother in the Big-Brother Big-Sister foundation of the greater Boston area.
J. Tucker Merrigan is a native of Western, Massachusetts and currently resides in Milton, Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters. As a partner, he joins his brother Peter M. Merrigan, and father Thomas T. Merrigan to form Sweeney Merrigan Law, LLP.
