Jim is a Board Certified Civil Trial attorney in Northeastern Pennsylvania with 25 years experience in personal injury litigation. His representation of autistic children who were abused by their teacher resulted in a recovery for the students in excess of $10 million. Additionally, Jim secured on behalf of an injured client one of the largest verdicts in the history of Wyoming County for a car accident case.

Practice Areas Jim is known for his aggressive and successful representation of clients seriously injured in auto, truck and motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death and other catastrophic loss claims, construction accidents, medical malpractice, as well as accidents involving burns, amputations and product liability claims. He has successfully represented clients in jury trials in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Wayne, Wyoming, Lehigh, and Bucks County, as well as in the Federal Courts in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre.
Jim also handles Workers’ Compensation claims and has received numerous favorable awards on behalf of seriously injured clients.
