Areas of Practice He specializes in cases involving brain injuries, defective products and sexual misconduct cases against schools, priests and others as well as employment related discrimination.
Jim uses a unique training and special skills in representing clients working closely with his wife Mary Ruth Mann, an experienced attorney and dramatist, in carefully developing a client’s story for trial. His objective is to learn how to tell the client’s story in a way that will allow jurors to feel and understand what happened to the client and how the client’s life has been changed.
