In addition he handles personal injury and municipal court matters. Mr Shepard has argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and appears before and in New Jersey Superior Court (Chancery and Law Divisions), New Jersey Superior Court (Appellate Division) as well as Federal Court.    Mr. Shepard is also active in our Real Estate Department, Commercial Lending, Commercial Real Estate Practice Area. He provides legal representation in all areas of real estate inclusive of purchase, sale, refinance, mortgage closing and leases. Mr. Shepard also provides legal representation in commercial transactions including transactions with significant financial implications.    He is an active member of the community, serving as a Municipal Court Judge for Parsippany-Troy Hills during 1995. Mr. Shepard has also been an adjunct faculty member of Morris County College lecturing in the area of Business Law, and is currently a member of the Boonton Township Planing Board / Board of Adjustment    Mr. Shepard was Law Secretary to Honorable Paul Bangiola, Superior Court from 1983 to 1984. During law school he was the recipient of The American Jurisprudence Prize for Wills.
