Jason Franklin and his staff at The Franklin Law Firm, LLP provide real help for real injuries. All too often people with real injuries get ignored. Their cases are “too small” for the lawyers who only handle catastrophic injury / wrongful death cases, they end up in a volume personal injury mill where their real injuries may not be fully appreciated and their cases are settled cheaply, or they end up being represented by an attorney who isn’t specialized or experienced enough to develop the case to achieve the fair value. The Franklin Law Firm specializes in helping these people by providing the time and attention to make sure that all injuries are accurately identified and addressed, as well as how the injuries affect the client’s life, not only now but in the future. In addition, The Franklin Law Firm has found cost-efficient ways to develop and present their cases using methods that are normally only found in the larger catastrophic damage cases, such as using focus groups. By building their own Mock Courtroom and hiring mock juries themselves, they can conduct focus groups at a fraction of the cost and frequently focus group their cases. The Franklin Law Firm also has developed ways to effectively and inexpensively use technology throughout the case and at trial to present their client’s case in powerful ways.
