Jennifer Fleming is a highly experienced personal injury and litigation attorney who conducts her practice with compassion, integrity, and a deep desire for justice. She was named one of the Top 10 Best Attorneys by The American Institute of Legal Counsel for three years in a row and was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2013. She has been practicing since 2007 and is licensed in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Jennifer joined Montlick & Associates in 2013. She loves working at the firm with its high standard of ethics and with colleagues who are caring and empathetic. Her favorite part of being an attorney is when she gets the opportunity to sit down face-to-face with her clients and feel their joy when their case is resolved and see the rewards of our judicial system at work.
Before coming to Atlanta, Jennifer attended the University of Delaware, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration in Public Health and Psychology and was a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority. She went on to attend law school at Widener University, before moving to New Jersey where she clerked for the Presiding Family Law Judge.
Outside of work, Jennifer is passionate about helping those with home insecurity and most in need. She volunteers her time to prepare and serve monthly meals at a woman’s shelter and serves on YPAC for the Atlanta Children’s Shelter. She also enjoys traveling, golfing, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
