Mr. Winegar focuses his practice on representing victims in personal injury cases or wrongful death, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, truck accidents, medical malpractice, negligent security, electrocution accidents, product liability, recreational boating accidents, aviation/airplane crashes, dog bites, and roadway design and maintenance.
Before founding his law firm, Mr. Winegar began his legal career with a nationally recognized trial defense firm, where he defended property owners, management companies, trucking companies, product manufacturers, and the largest insurance companies in the world. Mr. Winegar now uses his insight and knowledge of the inner workings of insurance companies’ claims evaluation procedures and extensive experience with defense tactics and techniques to pursue justice and protect the rights of individuals and families injured or killed.

A native of South Florida, Mr. Winegar graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While at UF, Mr. Winegar was one of only two students in his entire class that successfully made Florida Law Review and the Florida Moot Court team.
