Judy Woods is a partner with the firm's Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial and "bet the company" litigation, including antitrust, class actions, shareholder and corporate governance disputes, international contracts, finance disputes, fraud, RICO and other business disputes.

Judy has represented parties in complex litigation, involving acquisitions and sales of financial institutions, ERISA matters, violations related to the sale of annuities, debentures or other securities,corporate governance and fiduciary duty disputes, , officers, directors, shareholders, broker/dealers, and accounting firms in connection with these types of matters. Judy has also handled many business to business disputes and several large discrimination matters (including issues of age, race, gender and religion) for a variety of organizations and companies.
