Kevin has been practicing law since 1995, concentrating that practice in representing severely injured victims and family members due to the negligence or wilfull acts of others. Mr. Frost also represents family members in wrongful death and survivor claims. Prior to attending law school, Mr Frost received his degree in Accountancy and graduated with high honors. Mr. Frost worked in both the private and public sectors. His background offers him the ability to formulate and focus on many complicated details involved in injury cases. Mr. Frost has successfully represented victims across Northern Illinois in hundreds of cases, including trucking accidents, auto accidents, Construction & Scaffold accidents, Landlord liability, Tavern/Bar liability, Toxic Tort/Mold, Premises liability and Workers Compensation litigation. Mr. Frost is a former attorney for the City of Rockford, where he handled the prosecution of City matters.

Mr. Frost has recently been involved in litigation with Canadian National Railroad for a train derailment and explosion in Rockford and aginst Depuy for hip replacements.
