Kevin D. Stern has multiple practice areas, but his primary focus is on medical malpractice, catastrophic injury cases, and business litigation. He also handles general personal injury and mass tort cases on behalf of clients. As a Baltimore trial lawyer, Mr. Stern prides himself on being able to provide personalized attention and counsel to all of his clients. He always makes clients his number one priority, zealously advocating for their needs in and out of the courtroom.

Mr. Stern understands that many of his clients are face with some of the most difficult challenges they will endure in their lifetime when they come to him. He takes his responsibility to assist these individuals very seriously, always striving to get their case to the finish line.

Mr. Stern attended University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was a member of numerous associations and organizations. Before joining our firm, he volunteered his time working for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, Health Advocacy Unit. During his time there, he gained extensive experience handling healthcare related cases. Mr. Stern navigated complex insurance issues and provided counsel to individuals who did not have any other means to mediate their claims involving insurance companies and various healthcare providers.

He is a certified mediator in Maryland and remains an active member of the Baltimore City Bar Association, among others.
