Kyle Stucki is a born and raised Las Vegas, Nevada native. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies from Utah Valley University, where he was actively involved on campus and within the community. His desire to advocate for those without a voice and promote peaceful conflict resolution led him to become a Utah Civil Court-Certified Mediator, where he helped countless families, business partners and neighbors find common ground and utilize an alternative method of dispute resolution.
He then pursued his Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. While there, he simultaneously completed an accelerated program of study, served as President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and fulfilled an internship with a local personal injury firm. Thanks to his sharp intellect and inexhaustible work ethic, Kyle graduated two semesters earlier than most of his colleagues, and passed the Nevada Bar exam on his first effort. His record of success after success has propelled him to his current position as one of the youngest attorneys in the state.
Kyle is admitted to practice law in Nevada. He is also an Eagle Scout, a newlywed, and very involved with his church.
