Lance J. Bitterman is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman with extensive experience litigating all types of personal injury actions from inception of the case through trial.
Lance joined the firm after completing a Superior Court Clerkship with the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, Assignment Judge of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph's University and attended law school at Nova Southeastern University. While in law school, Lance distinguished himself as a Deans Law Scholarship recipient and later graduated cum laude.
Since joining the firm, Lance has established himself as a successful trial attorney advocating for those injured in all types of accidents. He has litigated cases throughout the entire State of New Jersey, appearing before Judges in each and every County. In New Jersey, his verdicts have been featured in the New Jersey Law Journal and Top 50 Verdicts in New Jersey. In 2017, he received the 37th largest jury verdict of any lawyer in the State of New Jersey. Lance has also been named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star, a listing of the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in New Jersey who are 40 or younger or have been practicing for less than 10 years.
