Leonid "Leo" Kishinevsky was born in Russia and immigrated to Houston, Texas with his family as a young boy shortly before the fall of the Soviet Union. His family's odyssey and the experience of starting a new life in America taught Leo many important life lessons about hard work, determination, and the fundamental notions of fairness and equality that are essential to the American way of life. Leo grew up in the Houston area and attended the prestigious Saint John's High School on a scholarship. After completing high school, Leo attended the University of Notre Dame in South Bend Indiana, where he earned a BA in Political Science and a BBA in Marketing. Leo then attended law school at the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center where he graduated in the top third of his class and was named to the Chancellor's List twice. Leo completed his final semester of law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he was named to the Dean's List and received the American Jurisprudence awards for achieving the highest grade in both Texas Pretrial Procedure and Texas Trial and Appellate Procedure.

After becoming licensed to practice law in Texas in 2009, Leo initially worked in criminal defense where he tried over twenty class C misdemeanor cases to a jury verdict. After transitioning to civil litigation, Leo worked in several established Houston firms and had the opportunity to represent clients in a wide variety of contexts and situations including all types of personal injury lawsuits, first-party insurance lawsuits, and lawsuits against both State and Federal government entities. Leo has tried cases to a jury verdict in both State and Federal courts, and it is his passion to help those who have been wronged or injured to achieve justice.
