Lisa Nathanson Busch is the managing attorney of our Asbestos Bankruptcy Department. In addition to administering that department, she oversees each new asbestos exposure case accepted by the firm.

Ms. Busch joined Weitz & Luxenberg in 1994 as an associate attorney. She started as a litigator of silicone breast-implant injury claims before being assigned to our Asbestos Litigation group. Ms. Busch has been admitted to practice law since 1994 in the states of New York and New Jersey.
