Mark A. Atkinson is one of the most experienced and successful trial attorneys in West Virginia. He has repeatedly been selected as a West Virginia Super Lawyer. He is a 1983 graduate of the West Virginia College of Law, where he served on the Law Review. Mark enjoys preparing for trial and this is why 100% of his law practice is devoted to litigation. He's admitted to the bar in West Virginia, in the U.S. District Court Southern District of West Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit. He received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and is an instructor and published author in the legal field. He is also a member of the West Virginia State Bar.
