Attorney Martin J. Minnella graduated from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA with a BA degree in Business. He received a Juris Doctorate of Law Degree from the New England School of Law, Boston, MA . He was honored with the American Juris Prudence Award from Lawyer's Cooperative Publishing for excellence in the study of criminal law, civil procedure and constitutional law.
He is a partner in the Firm Minnella, Tramuta & Edwards, LLC and been in practice for more than 30 years. Attorney Minnella has been featured in People Magazine and a featured guest on Good Morning America and the subject later became a TV movie starring Kevin Bacon. He is a member of the NY Athletic Club, NY, The Hartford Club, Hartford, CT and a founder of Minnella Law baseball team in the TwiMet Baseball league. He is a founding member of the Connecticut Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, a member of the CT Bar Association, & Federal Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Washington, DC.
Attorney Minnella is also honorary chairman of the Waterbury Day Nursery, 2004 Gala. He is a longtime benefactor of the Baldwin/River Street Recreational Center where he has taken children to baseball games and other events.
He is married, has five children and resides in Middlebury, CT.
