Matthew McCarley is devoted to pursuing justice for his clients. His experience covers several areas of the law, including mass tort litigation, defective product and drug cases, employment law, medical malpractice, and public client representation.
Matthew has had the privilege of representing Attorney’s General offices as outside counsel in litigation against the opioid manufacturers, distributors, and retail pharmacies as well as against some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Matthew has also served in leadership positions in opioid litigation for the state of Texas and in several national mass tort litigations. Matthew has proven his dedication to clients struggling with complex legal proceedings.
Matthew is fluent in Spanish and, in his free time, likes to spend time with his family and supporting community and church volunteer work.
Matthew graduated with his Juris Doctor from South Texas College School of Law in Houston, Texas. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Texas A&M University. He is a lifetime member of the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum and has been named to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers in 2021 and 2022.
