Bio: I was born and raised in Burlington, North Carolina. After graduating from high school I attended Duke University and graduated in 2002. I immediately moved to Macon Georgia where I attended Mercer Law School. I graduated from law school in 2005 and decided that I wanted to move back to my home state.
My legal career began in the Cumberland County Public Defender’s Office in 2006. I stayed there as an Assistant Public Defender until I went into private practice in January, 2010. It was in January, 2010, that I began Hogan Kimrey, LLP. In February, 2015, Kimrey Law, PLLC was established.
I have been committed to criminal defense in Cumberland County since my career began. I have 10 years of experience handling everything from a seatbelt ticket to a murder charge. I handle each case as if I was the one charged and I believe that every case and every person matters. I have extensive trial experience, from bench trials in District Court to jury trials in Superior Court. I will represent you vigorously and fight for your rights every step of the way.
