Mia received her bachelor's degree from Loyola University New Orleans, graduating with honors and as a member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology. She then attended Delaware Law School - Widener University and received her J.D.

During law school, Mia interned at Dupont Legal for the Senior Counsel Global Discovery Manager focusing on Electronic Discovery.

Mia's most recent legal successes include arguing in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania regarding a racial harassment matter; securing a quarter-million dollar settlement for her client in a real estate dispute; negotiating contract terms for clients with major TV network deals and record label deals; negotiating advertising deals with major consumer brands with a 10x minimum mentality; negotiating tour contracts for artists and musicians.

She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Psi Chi National Honor Society and a donor/supporter for LA Family Housing, The Nature Conservancy, Me Too Movement, Black Lives Matter & Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, Mia is an Advisory board member at Rec Philly, a first-of-its-kind creative agency and incubator and she is a Forbes contributor and member of the Forbes Communications Council.
