Michael L. Teich is an accomplished, board-certified* trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death. Michael has a history of multi-million dollar, record-breaking verdicts and settlements for clients in cases arising from aviation negligence, defective products and medical devices, semi-truck and motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice and construction accidents. He is recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer and is one of a select group of lawyers in Illinois certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in civil advocacy. He has also been a guest lecturer at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Among his most notable achievements, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois appointed Michael lead counsel for a nationwide group of victims of contaminated heparin-filled medical syringes. Michael pursued those responsible for manufacturing and distributing the defective medical devices in multiple lawsuits in state and federal courts. His efforts led to payment of millions of dollars to victims of the defective devices around the country.

Michael knows that each of his clients is seeking help during some of the most difficult times of their lives, and he strives to help each client in ways that go beyond the monetary results.
